Room Rental Agreement

Rental & Availability

  • Sunday – Thursday: Private room available 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight).

  • Friday & Saturday: Private room available 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Room opens to the public at 8:00 PM


Deposit & Billing

  • A $300 payment is required at booking to reserve the date

  • This $300 deposit will be applied to the final bill

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to transfer deposit to a new date (no cash refunds)


The $300 rental fee is due to secure the date and is non-refundable

Bar Service Options (Select One)
Open Bar: Host pays for all drinks
Semi-Open Bar: Host pays up to $___________
Time-Limited Open Bar: Host covers drinks from ______ to ______
Cash Bar: Guests pay their own drinks

Minimum Gratuity

  • A 20% minimum gratuity will be added to the final bill


Banquet / Food Service

  • A Banquet Menu / Party Sheet must be completed and placed in both Kitchen and Office Binders

  • Final food and guest count due 72 hours prior to the event


Damage & Conduct Policy

  • The renting party is responsible for any damage to property, equipment, or facilities

  • Northside Pub reserves the right to cut off alcohol service to any guest for any reason

  • Disorderly or unsafe behavior may result in removal of guests or event closure without refund
